These chocolate cake mix donuts are glazed with more chocolate and topped with crushed Oreo cookies for an easy and delicious dessert!

To make the cake mix donut batter, simply combine chocolate cake mix, water, an egg, and vegetable oil.

Fill two mini donut pans with the cake mix batter two thirds the way full and smooth out with a butter knife.

Bake the mini cake mix donuts for about 10 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing.

For the chocolate donut glaze and the crushed cookie topping you'll need, mint Oreos, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and unsweetened cocoa powder.

Combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

Dip one side of the mini chocolate cake mix donuts in the chocolate glaze and set aside on a baking sheet.

Place the mint Oreos in a ziplock bag, seal shut, and crush them into small bite sized pieces with a rolling pin. 

While the chocolate glaze is still wet, sprinkle the crushed mint Oreo cookie pieces on top of the mini cake mix donuts.
